Once you purchase the coverage you will receive your membership information directly from Road-America providing you with an 800 number that you will use to call in case of service need.
- Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. In case you decide to cancel your membership you will be able to do so by contacting Road-America directly.
- Can I transfer my membership?
Yes. Compare to other roadside assistance program, our is base per vehicle. So if you decide to sell the vehicle you can transfer the coverage with it! Adding value to your sell!
- What is the VIN#?
The Vehicle Identification Number or VIN# is a 17 digit alphanumeric number that uniquely identify your vehicle. It is located on the dash of your vehicle, viewable from the outside, usually on the driver's side.
- Why isn't my state available under contact information?
The tire & wheel program is not available in certain states. If you reside on the states listed below the tire & wheel is not available on your area.
The states that tire & wheel is not available:
California, Florida and New York. Pending on Maryland and Tennessee
- Why there is a "surcharge" charge on my order?
If you choose the tire & wheel program and you have a luxury vehicle (see below) there is a $50.00 surcharge.
- What car brand is consider a luxury vehicle?
Audi, BMW, Corvette, Hummer, Jaguar, Infinity, Land Rover, Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Saab and Volvo
