1. Towing Assistance
   Service consists of towing YOUR Covered Vehicle to the nearest qualified service facility when a tire cannot be replaced with the spare tire.
2. Flat Tire Assistance
   Service consists of the removal of the flat tire, and its replacement with the spare tire.
3. Fuel, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery Service
   An emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid and water will be delivered if YOU are in immediate need. YOU must pay for fuel or other fluid when it is delivered.
4. Collision Assistance
   If YOUR covered vehicle is involved in a collision, towing assistance will be provided when needed to direct YOUR vehicle to the nearest qualified repair facility.
5. Lock-out Assistance
   If your keys are locked inside of the vehicle, we will provide assistance in gaining entry to the vehicle.
6. Driver's Valet
   If YOUR vehicle is disabled and alternate transportation is needed, WE will assist YOU in obtaining a rental vehicle from a national car rental company. YOU will take advantage of our preferred partner customer service and rental rate schedule from the rental company.
7. Battery Service
   If a battery failure occurs, a jump start will be applied to start the covered vehicle.

If YOUR owned vehicle is disabled due to a collision, 100 miles or more from YOUR residence, YOU may qualify for reimbursement for up to three (3) days for emergency travel expenses.

Emergency Travel Expense Reimbursement Covers:
1. Commercial transportation (by common carrier licensed to carry passengers for hire) to YOUR residence or destination and return to pick up YOUR disabled COVERED VEHICLE after repair.
2. Local commercial lodging and meals (incurred in the vicinity where the collision occurred).
3. Rental of a replacement automobile obtained from any bona-fide car rental agency or the repairing facility.

Road America will cover YOU for legal fees incurred for an attorney’s appearance in court to defend YOU or YOUR spouse against conviction for a violation of a motor vehicle law arising out of the ownership or use of an automobile?. YOU may select YOUR own defense attorney.

In order for YOU or YOUR spouse to qualify for coverage YOU must not be using the car involved in the commission of a crime (whether or not YOU are charged with that crime). This Legal Defense Benefit covers only violations occurring during the Membership term.

Only one benefit will be paid for all charges arising out of the same occurrence based on the schedule for the violation charged which allows, the largest maximum payment. See contract for details.

Road America will provide assistance in relaying an emergency message to up to three (3) family members, friends or business associates. (etc.) for any covered Member who is involved in a vehicular emergency, and needs an emergency message sent to notify another party of their delay or emergency situation.

Should YOU or YOUR spouse require the need of an ambulance as the result of a vehicle accident, YOU are covered up to the per occurrence maximum as indicated on your membership card to help offset the cost.

This benefit is NOT restricted to YOUR vehicle. YOU will be covered for ambulance assistance if the accident occurs while YOU are in YOUR vehicle, riding in a common carrier such as a bus, train, or taxi, or if YOU are hit by a vehicle.

A $1,000 reward will be paid for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone who steals your owned automobile.

You and your family and law enforcement officers are not eligible for the $1,000 reward for your own vehicle.

Security Credit Card Registration is a valuable service that helps protect your credit cards and bank cards. Just write for your Credit Card Registration Form to fill out and return. Register all your Credit cards, charge plates and automatic teller machine cards. Should your credit cards be lost or stolen,just notify the Club, and we will immediately notify all of your credit card companies and request that they invalidate your old cards and immediately issue new cards for you.

If any time during the term of the agreement, YOUR employment is terminated by YOUR employer due to solely economic conditions, YOUR can verify YOU qualify and are receiving benefits under YOUR State Unemployment Benefits Program, and YOU meet all of the terms and conditions of the agreement, Road America will pay to YOU, the scheduled MONTHLY PAYMENT subject to provisions as indicated in the agreement.

1. The maximum Road America will pay is the scheduled MONTHLY PAYMENT as noted on the Application, up to a maximum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).

Pre-authorization for all Tire Hazard service is required. YOU will be covered for the cost to repair or, if non-repairable, the cost to replace a damaged tire on YOUR vehicle if damage is caused by a Road Hazard on a public roadway. Road Hazard is defined as objects and road conditions such as potholes, rocks, wood debris, metal parts, plastic or composite scraps or any item causing tire damage other than wear and tear and those conditions excluded below:

• Tire Repair – YOU will be covered for the full charges incurred for the repair of the flat Tire(s) up to $50 per occurrence.
• Tire Replacement – YOU will be covered for the replacement tire should The Tire become non-repairable due to impact breaks, snags, punctures, or other Road Hazards. YOUR Tire must have more than 3/32” tread depth remaining to be eligible for coverage. Important: YOU will be covered for the cost of a new Tire (including mounting, balancing, new valve stem and sales tax) as shown on the sales invoice. The maximum Recreational Vehicle Tire replacement benefit is $350 per Tire, and the Motorcycle Tire and Wheel replacement benefit is a maximum Total Aggregate of $2500 during the Membership period. The maximum Motor Vehicle Tire and Wheel replacement benefit is either the $2,500 or $4,000 Total Aggregate Benefit selected during the Membership period. Replacement will be with a Tire of like kind, quality, and cost of the original Tire.

WE will cover YOU for the cost to repair or, if non-repairable, the cost to replace a Wheel(s) on YOUR vehicle if rendered unserviceable due to Road Hazard damage on a public roadway. Unserviceable means that the Wheel is unable to seal with the tire, resulting in air loss. Road Hazard is defined as objects and road conditions such as potholes, rocks, wood debris, metal parts, plastic or composite scraps or any item causing tire damage other than wear and tear and those conditions excluded below:

• Wheel Repair – YOU will be COVERED for the full charges incurred for the repair of the Wheel(s) up to $50 per occurrence.
